In Japan, how many "traps" a man will face when he is going to marry?

Plastic surgery is somewhat understandable, after all, The Love of Beauty is human nature, when someone doesn’t satisfied with own feature and is confused, even it causes the mental disorders, a change may be bring new set of self-defining values , for charms attract not only the attention, but bring the confidence and calmness. But I must make a statement that people never have plastic surgery blindly or are even unable to extricate themselves. There is one sentence: Charms strike the sight, but merits win the soul. By the way, in my opinion, these pictures are clearly the promoting pictures of cosmetic surgery hospital which intentionally try to highlight contrast. Why do they bind up their hair and show appearance defects in these photos which are before the cosmetic surgery, don’t they know how to make up? Of course, these are successful cases of cosmetic surgery; the consequences of failure are very serious.
