Jerni collection of toys (1850 – 1940)
New York, auction house Sotheby recently exhibited a collection of 350,000 old toys and models collected by Jerni in 50 years
The collection known as the world’s largest and most comprehensive toys collection, the auction house said it’s worth millions of dollars.
These toys are from between 1850 to 1940, there’re replicas of railway station, bridge and construction which were destroyed during the World War II, and also there are models of villages and Ferris wheel, including some very rare historical European handiworks.
