UK Oil and Gas Ltd director Martyn Crute dressed as a woman in order to avoid waiting reporters outside the court.
According to reports, the reporters found, when Martyn Crute left the Lincoln Crown Court, that he was wearing a striped vest, black stockings, black knee length skirt and high heels. He flicked the long wavy auburn wig across his face when reporters began capturing his pictures.
Martyn Crute was charged with illegal trading for fifteen months without being registered to gas safety body CORGI; he confessed and was fined £ 2,000 and ordered to pay prosecutions costs of £41,000. In the next 7 years, Martyn Crute will be banned from being a director of any company.
