Susanne Eman, an American woman, 33, who has a dream of becoming the world’s fattest female and has steadily been gaining in weight and now is about 343 kg. In addition to weight gain, recently there’s something that gave her more pleasure, Susanne Eman and her 35-year-old boyfriend whom met online got engaged. She believes that with the fiancé’s help her goal of the fattest woman is approaching.
