August 24, 2011, the Matsuya department store held HELLO KITTY exhibitions in Tokyo, Japan, which showed all kinds of "Hello Kitty" products on the scene. The popular brand across Asia, Hello Kitty, was created in 1974 by Japanese designer Yuko Shimizu of Sanrio Co.
