Progeria is a genetic disease, the body aging process is 5 to 10 times faster than the normal, the faces of patients like the elderly, failing organs and resulting in decreased physiological function. Symptoms include slight of figure, hair loss and late teething. Sick children are usually only live to be 7 to 20 years, most will die of aging diseases such as cardiovascular disease, there’re no effective methods of treatment except only relying on drugs.
Hope medical scientists can find good treatments for those poor children.
